Driver's Licenses and Vehicles Licenses Plates

STATE DRIVER AND MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES — Those moving to Oregon are required to obtain an Oregon driver’s license when they become a resident of the state, and a license plate if the vehicle is domiciled in Oregon. Must obtain driver’s license and transfer title, registration and plates within 30 days of residency. License plates for passenger vehicles need to be renewed every two years. A regular service DMV office is located at 3 Monroe Parkway, Lake Oswego 97035 (503-299-9999). Another is located at 10 82nd Drive, Gladstone 97027 (503-299-9999).
